Lily & Mae doesn’t operate from fixed packages. Every project begins with a brief, your venue, your vision and the feeling you want to build.

We take on a select number of weddings, events, and brand projects each year. That focus means your brief gets real attention, from the first conversation to the final detail.

The investment ranges below are starting guides. We know planning without numbers can be challenging, and we're happy to have an honest conversation before you fill out a form.

  • Our floral design service is centred around creating artful floral moments that feel deeply considered. We provide all floral elements, designed as part of a larger visual story, one that honours your vision while thoughtfully elevating it through our creative lens.

    Guided by your aesthetic, venue, seasonality, and the atmosphere you want your wedding to evoke, we create florals that feel romantic and artfully composed.

    Inclusions:

    1x 1:1 design consultation to understand your vision, a detailed mood board, access to our inventory of vases and vessels and a team of experienced, passionate designers and florists.

    Investment from $4,500

  • Our styling service considers every visual layer of your wedding day, thoughtfully curating an environment that feels cohesive, immersive, and reflective of your story. From linen, tableware, stationery, candles, and lighting, to furniture, decorative objects, and spatial design, every element is intentionally selected to create an environment that feels elevated and personal.

    Working closely with your vision, we design with a refined editorial approach, balancing aesthetics with emotion to create spaces that feel both beautifully composed and effortlessly lived in. We take into consideration the architecture and character of your venue, the natural surroundings, seasonal tones, and the way each space will be experienced throughout the day and evening.

    Please note that styling elements included in this service come from our inventory and items hired from external hire companies.

    Inclusions:

    2x 1:1 design consultation to understand your vision, a detailed brief and mood board, handling of all external hire and styling items, access to our inventory of styling pieces and a team of experienced, passionate designers and stylists to oversee bump-in and bump-out.

Brands & Events

Lily & Mae also works beyond the wedding calendar, with brands, agencies, and hospitality clients on activations, product launches, styled shoots, and experiential events.

If you're building something with a strong visual point of view and need a creative director who understands flowers, form, and atmosphere, we'd love to hear about it.

  • For brands and events we have a minimum spend of $1000

The Process

  • Tell us about your project, the date, the venue, the scale, and what you're hoping to feel.

    For events and brands, please email hello@lilyandmaefloristry.com

  • You will receive a customised quote and proposal or consult request within 2-5 business days. This will be filled with photos, ideas and other options you may not have considered. If you are unsure of anything on the quote, we can always jump on the phone and chat about it.

  • If you are happy with your quote, lock in your date with a 30% deposit. You will be added to your personal portal, where invoices, files, contracts and questionnaires can be found.

    There is plenty of flexibility to make adjustments and move things around, so if you aren’t 100% sure of the elements at the time of booking, that is perfectly okay. I can help you make decisions that will perfectly align with your vision.

  • Depending on which service you have booked, we will have 1-2 style and design consults at different stages to ensure all the elements of the day are finalised and perfectly suited to the overall vision. You will receive a personal folder full of mood boards and further information you may need.

  • We have carefully and thoughtfully hand-picked and designed all your design elements. Our team will work alongside all your vendors to ensure this day comes to life the way you had envisioned.
